Role and Responsibilities
Norac Foods UK is looking to recruit an Office Support Administrator for their office based in Islington N1. The Office Admin will be responsible for the smooth running of the office, which includes but not limited to reception work & tidying up, managing office supplies, coordinating with stakeholders & solving maintenance problems. The role can evolve to Office Manager or HR Support longer term.

· Phone & Reception: Answer phone daily + welcome visitors +manage collections/ deliveries
· Daily tidying up & recycling: ensure all areas of office are always tidy (especially meeting rooms & kitchen) + deal with recycling pick up weekly.
· Office Supplies: order stationary/kitchen supplies + manage stocks
· Office Maintenance: Solve Maintenance issues + Build relationships & Co-ordinate with external suppliers: cleaner, alarm company, electricity provider, boiler, pest control, etc.
· Post & Plants: pick up post & water plants daily
· Health & Safety: Support HR Manager with Office Risk Assessment & Fire Safety
· Invoice Management: Support office manager with office supplier invoices management
Reward Package
· Base Salary: Up to £27,000 per Year
· Bonus: discretionary bonus in Year 2
· Pension: Legal & General (5% Employer)

· Holidays: 25 days/year, plus bank holidays
· Probation & Notice period: 1 month
· Hours: Mon & Fri 9am-6pm (1 hr lunch incl)

Your profile
· Previous Experience doing Office Administration, if possible
· Energetic can-do attitude

· Strong organisation & time-management skills
· Basic experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
