About The Role

We have an opportunity for an Office Manager to join our Warrington office.
This will be a varied role where you will support the Director with administrative support including organising their diary, meetings, travel arrangements, collating reports and presentations. You will also be responsible for the effective management of the office including managing IT assets, stationary ordering for the office and generally ensuring that the office is a safe, clean and pleasant place to work.
Please note this is an office based role.

About You

What we are looking for:

  • The role would suit someone who has experience in Office Administration/Management.
  • It would be advantageous if you have experience or an interest in account management or credit control.
  • Given the nature of this role it is essential that you are able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • You should be an expert user of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Be able to dynamically multitask, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • You must be a proactive, motivated, and highly organised.
  • This is a vital role that requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a naturally helpful and positive demeanour to seek out problems and deliver permanent and effective solutions.
