HMSHost are hiring for a Store Manager at our LEON Restaurant in London!

Hours per week: 40

We operate a fantastic restaurant at Kings Cross and Euston Stations. LEON Restaurant is naturally fast food. Food that tastes great and does you good.

As a Store Manager at LEON with HMSHost, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant. LEON is a quick service restaurant, offering great food for our guests travelling. LEON is a fantastic, vibrant restaurant with healthy food choices taking inspiration from a Mediterranean cuisine. Our people are at the heart of this brand and we are looking for a manager with the same vision. Together, you will run a smooth operation with dedicated support from our Regional Manager who oversees both our Kings Cross and Euston stores. Together with the Regional Manager you will be accountable for the restaurant in terms of brand compliance, guest experience, legal compliance, sales, finance and the development of our hard working teams. You will contribute towards P&L ownership, taking responsibility for finance, stock, sales, labour & HR and payroll duties.

Key Responsibilities:

· To work closely with our Regional Manager to support your stores P&L by driving sales

· To portray strong brand & company standards & to ensure the day to day operations are compliant

· To develop & grow your teams by owning development plans & opportunities

· To support with legal compliance in all aspects of the store

· To support HR, payroll & finance duties according to company policies

To be considered, we are looking for:

· Experience within a similar position, whether this is within a high volume travel location or experience working with a brand

· Strong leadership skills & evidence of leading a large team

· Evidence of P&L management and financial understanding

· Knowledge of HR & payroll duties
