Job description
Position:
The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of M&R CARE LTD’s (M&R CARE LTD) customer service department. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing customer service support. The Account Manager will also be responsible for assisting in the resolution of customer issues, as well as assisting in the development of new accounts and the onboarding of existing customers.
Essential Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate person
- Schedule and confirm appointments with sales staff
- Provide customer service support to existing accounts
- Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and text messages
- Assist in the resolution of customer issues by contacting customers and working with them on solutions
- Develop new accounts by contacting existing accounts and following up on account maintenance requests
- Onboard new accounts by following up on account onboarding requests and creating an account for each new customer
- Provide support to M&R CARE LTD by working with Account Managers on call rotation
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Education & Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred. Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred. An Associate’s Degree or higher in a related field is preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Must be willing and able to travel out of state when required. Must be willing and able to work overtime when required.

Salary: Up to £25,100.00 per year
