Job description
We are looking for a stellar manager to lead our San Jose office! Our ideal candidate will manage the daily operations of the office, whilst leading a dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will have the opportunity to be a part of our Firm Administrative Support Leadership Committee, who lead change and facilitate success through superior client service. The committee will also be there to guide you through the San Jose office, the Firm and its Operations to ensure a smooth transition in to the Frank, Rimerman family.
Your Learning & Development:

- Oversee the San Jose office's daily operations
- Mentor, develop and lead a team of administrative support staff
- Oversee facilities and safety management for our San Jose office
- Accomplish Firm, departmental and office goals
- Monitor and oversee the office's workflow, ensuring deadlines are met
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Firm service areas and departments
- Understand and adhere to organizational and legal policies for quality, risk mitigation, confidentiality, and data privacy
- 5+ years administration management experience
- Must have previous experience managing an office team and experienced executive assistants
- Exceptional customer service and people management skills
- Experience in project management helpful
- Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
- Excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
- Proven ability to take initiative, problem solve and implement resolutions
- Demonstrated leadership skills in all areas of supervision, development, coaching, training, communications, organizational, and people skills
- Extensive technical knowledge with the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe
