Director, B2B Product Marketing


We're looking for an experienced, creative, and results-oriented Global Director of Product Marketing to lead the commercialization of Payoneer's B2B products and bring our product story to life in high-impact ways. This is a high-visibility role where you will play a leading role in accelerating the growth of a dynamic business area in Payoneer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a senior product marketing role within a fast-growing organization, ideally at a global level. You will be responsible for seeing the big picture and connecting market opportunity and customer needs, positioning and developing and enabling powerful go-to-market programmes and campaigns supported by proactive management, clear accountability, and ongoing measurement against goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced marketing leader to report directly to the Global Head of Product Marketing and be a key member of the B2B business leadership team.


Responsible for:


  • Lead the global B2B product marketing team, delivering high-impact go-to-market strategies spanning regions and channel teams, partnering with them to deliver results
  • Define, own, and drive ambitious marketing targets and success metrics for B2B's product offering including marketing growth initiatives and product launches
  • Develop and scale product marketing assets including market-leading value propositions, target personas, messaging, user journey insights and enablement toolkits
  • Drive the global GTM quarterly plans coordinating with regional GTM teams to ensure timely and cohesive strategic alignment across all marketing initiatives & deliverables
  • Launch new products, partnering closely with product to define target customers, messaging, and scaling GTM assets & toolkits for regional & marketing teams
  • Partner closely with sales teams to deliver sales enablement toolkits, including product demos, pitch decks and competitive battlecards, ensuring strong comprehension and consistency of message
  • Use audience and data-driven insights to drive decisions that lead to world-class customer experiences, propositions and GTM strategies
  • Partner with product to support prioritization of the product roadmap
  • Lead strategic research programs spanning market opportunity assessment, target customer & proposition development, pricing, and competitive benchmarking
  • Manage one direct report .

You will bring:


  • 10+ years of global marketing experience
  • Extensive experience in B2B sector, ideally tech, FinTech or SaaS
  • Demonstrated success in solving complex problems, driving change, and accelerating the growth trajectory of offerings/channels/segments.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and ability to make strategic choices based on highest impact near term vs long term
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills to drive and lead cross- functional initiatives
  • Proven in translating data and insights to drive decisions
  • Ability to distil complex information in a clear, concise, and compelling way
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • High energy level, with a bias for action and accountability
  • Effective in a highly matrixed, distributed, and fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable with marketing math; forecasting, MAU, CAC, LTV, etc
  • Equally comfortable with high-level strategy and hands-on work
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and developing talented individuals

Not a must but a great advantage:


  • Solid understanding of the payments industry and its current evolution across the world
  • Experience working in a global role working across multiple geographical locations
