The role is broad, no day will be the same and you will deal with everyone in the company from the CEO to interns. This is an interesting role, suiting someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and with a high degree of responsibility.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure smooth running of the office environment, to ensure that the team have the right space and practical tools they need to do their jobs effectively, including:
- Liaison with service providers, property managers and maintenance contractors
- Purchase and manage stock of IT hardware, stationery and other office consumables
- Telecoms and IT liaison with third party support
- Ensure we are abiding by health and safety regulations
- Implementing and maintaining office policies and systems
- Organising meetings and events
- Liaising with employees at all levels, including senior management
- Handling telephone calls, post, visitors and emails.
- Organising the office and correctly disposing of redundant items such as electricals
- Administration and Assisting HR (around 40% of the role):
- To process change notifications for all areas of the employee life cycle, producing and issuing accurate documents
- To be the first point of contact for all HR related queries.
- Create and maintain staff records using the Company's HR Software
- Running reports from the HR software system
- Assisting with recruitment from posting adverts to preparing inductions
- Managing and monitoring training, ensuring records are up to date.
Required Skills and Experience:
To be considered for the role, candidates will be expected to have the following:
- Experience in an office management role and previous HR related administrative experience
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally Google products
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to assist in some HR matters whilst maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality

Job summary:
Remuneration: £25k - £30k dependent on experience
Tenure: Permanent, Full time but some flexibility
Office location: Summertown, Oxford
Flexible working: The company operates a flexible hybrid model but due to the office management elements of the role, 3 days working in the office will be required each week
