Zenith Eco Solutions based in Speke Liverpool specialises in installing energy saving measures within domestic dwelling across England, Scotland and Wales. We also deliver government grant funding to similar installation companies across the UK to ensure we meet our delivery targets with our utility partners.
The duties of this role will include;
- Management of all office staff - Sales, compliance and technical.
- Ensure monthly targets are met.
- Ensure installation numbers are being mat.
- Holiday weekly meetings with department staff.
- Reporting to the head of operations.
- Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring they are closed out.
- Onboarding sub-contracting operatives with our installation manager.
To be considered for this role we require the below experience;
- Previous management experience.
- Experience within the ECO sector or similar.
- Be able to handles situations under pressure.
- Plan and conduct meetings.
- Set targets and meet them
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £32,000.00 per year
