Sales Office Assistant Manager
Due to internal promotions, we are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at Traditional Brick & Stone, TBS Specialist & TBS Cladding Solutions.
The candidate must have experience working with Microsoft Applications, other platforms such as CRM systems would be beneficial. We are looking for someone who is proactive and can work on their own initiative. Someone who is a good problem solver and can prioritise their own workload.
A good fit for our team would be someone who is an excellent communicator, a positive attitude and a great work ethic.
The role will include -
· Dealing with customer & external team queries
· Assisting the Office Manager with the general running of the office
· Monitoring stock levels & liaising with the production planner
· Delegating tasks out to the team
· Invoicing Orders, Credit request investigation & Raising Credit Notes
· Supporting the Supervisors
· Providing Annual leave cover for the Office Manger & Supervisors.
· Handling escalated complaints
Previous Supervisor/Team Leader/Assistant Manager experience is advantageous.
Interviews will take place from 24th July 2023.
Holidays: 20 Days + Bank holidays (An additional 1 day holiday is awarded for every year within the business until the maximum of 25 days)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm
