An exciting opportunity for a FOH Office Manager/PA to support the Chairman of a fantastic private office in their beautiful West End office. You will also be the lynch pin of their small close-knit office. This role is a 5 day in office role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Diary and travel management
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Office Management (stock replenishment, answer phone, ensure all is in working order)
- Some financial responsibilities
- Lifestyle management
WHO YOU ARE:
Experienced, hard working with a drive to success. You will have experience of looking after an office where no job is too small within a fast paced environment. You will be proactive and a dynamic multi-tasker, taking on busy tasks relating to FOH, personal assistance and office management.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience supporting at senior level
- A flexible and hard working outlook
- Strong organisation with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Effective working on own initiative and as a team worker
