Robert Half are delighted to be supporting an impressive and growing business in Bristol on the recruitment of a and full time Office Manager & Personal Assistant. Our client is well-established within the property industry and are delighted to be expanding their team in Bristol with this hire. The Office Manager & Personal Assistant will oversee all administrative activities and processes for the Bristol office, as well as directly supporting the office Director. Our client are central Bristol based, and you will be required on site 5 days per week, with working hours of 9am to 5pm. Responsibilities of the Office Manager & Personal Assistant will include but not be limited to: Overseeing all administration to ensure the smooth running of the office including facilities, operations, and people. Assisting with the recruitment, training and induction of new starters including setting up IT equipment. Managing the organisation and coordination of all company and social events/conferences. Email management on behalf of the Office Director, acting as a gatekeeper and prioritising tasks as necessary. Supporting in the preparation for all meetings, arranging the meeting, room, refreshments, and any travel arrangements. Implementing and maintaining administrative systems, and procedures as well as general administrative tasks. Your Profile: Strong proven experience in both an office management and personal assistant position is vital for this position. Service and customer focused with excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels. Enthusiastic, proactive and a genuine team player. Computer and IT literate confident able to work across the entire Microsoft Suite. In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £40,000 dependant on experience plus benefits.
