Job Description
Your role as the Office Manager / Personal Assistant based in London will be to ensure that the office is well organised and running smoothly, duties include;
- Diary management for senior partners
- Arranging and booking internal events
- Coordinate business travel arrangements
- Assist with on-boarding new staff
- Order & track office supplies including stationary
- Organise and schedule meetings for internal & external staff
- Work closely with the all departments
Other Details: - Full-time - Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexible)
The Successful Applicant
You'll be successful in applying if you;
- Experience as a Office Manager / Personal Assistant / Team Assistant
- Keen to step into a Office Manager role
- Positive and proactive mindset
- Flexible attitude and able to respond well to changing priorities
- High level of confidentiality
