Office Manager
With head offices in Poole, Dorset the company is a manufacturer and supplier of dry and oil-free compressors, vacuum pumps, side channel blowers and Turbo Compressors.
Full repair and servicing department providing 24/7 after sales support.
We are seeking an Office Manager who will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for;
· General book-keeping duties including use of Xero and Progress Plus ERP (training is available)
· The smooth running, and organisation for the office including procurement, maintenance and administrative support to all departments.
· Timesheet entries and pay roll submissions
· Arrangement of Travel for Company personnel
· Support of Service engineers for scheduling site visits
· Minuting and managing actions arising from the daily production meetings
· Assist accounts in invoicing and cost forecasting.
· Oversee the consistent use and records within the company ERP / Invoicing system
· PA / General Secretarial support for the MD
This is a responsible and varied position and you may be requested to carry out further tasks.
Applicants are required to be
· Organised, energetic, self-motivated and able to manage their own time
· Have good secretarial skills and be experienced with Microsoft Office applications
· Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
· Able to demonstrate experience of a similar role.
· Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Quick books, Sage
· An accountancy qualification would be most useful but not essential
