Job Description


This role is the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Unit4. The role is a critical support for the CEO ensuring that his diary, travel, meetings, etc are all organised with a level of efficiency and confidentiality required of a CEO. Coordinating with other EAs across the business is critical in order to ensure the leadership team is also effective and organised as needed.

What you will do

  • You will be the gatekeeper for schedules, with strict diary management, create win-win situations for every meeting and operate across multiple time zones with flexibility
  • You proactively address any subjects and thrive to present a solution in a timely manner
  • You have excellent documentation skills and are able to properly document decisions, actions items and circulate them to atendees
  • You'll spend some of your time organizing events- IE: logistics, offsites, supplier set up, invoicing, organizational support and more!
  • Network with internal and external teams. You'll have a natural ability to communicate with other and be personable
  • Be an open connection between colleagues in the departments. You'll show leadership, credibility, trust and support in your contact with management and other colleagues
  • Keep your manager well informed of his/her commitments and responsibilities. You will act as a “barometer” for the issues taking place in the environment.
  • Create/enhance team culture

Qualifications
  • At least 10 years experience as a C-suite executive assistant.
  • High level of efficiency and confidentiality.
  • Highly skilled in all MSFT suite products.
  • Ability to juggle a high level of work and a high degree of change.
  • Must be highly collaborative and able to quickly build relationships internally and externally. Experience of managing a board beneficial.
