As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their office operations.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage meeting room bookings, ensuring optimal utilisation and coordinating logistics for meetings and events- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements when necessary, and organising office supplies
- Bridge the gap between their London office and the office in the South West, using creative solutions to effectively facilitate communication and collaboration between teams
- Act as a liaison between the Office Manager and Front of House teams, ensuring seamless coordination and providing ad-hoc assistance when needed
- Effectively manage vendor relationships, including negotiate contracts, overseeing service agreements, and resolving any issues that arise
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organisation, from the CEO to individual team members, fostering a positive and inclusive office culture
- Ensure compliance with health and safety office procedures, identifying and addressing potential risks and implementing appropriate measures
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with individuals at all levels of a company
- Strong relationship-builder and networking abilities
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence and ability to handle complex situations with tact and diplomacy
- Awareness of health and safety office procedures
- Experience in the medical or tech sectors is beneficial
- Proficiency in using workday software is ideal but not essential
