WE HAVE A GREAT NEW VACANCY FOR AN EXPERIENCE HOTEL RECEPTION SUPERVISOR TO JOIN THE TEAM AT THE HOLIDAY INN IN HIGH WYCOMBE.

To apply for this role you will need to be an experienced Hotel Receptionist / Hotel Reception Superviosr ideally havingused Opera PMS.

As ‘Reception Supervisor’ you’ll be on the front line, leading our Reception team. You will support and develop the Reception team.

You’ll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand IHG brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Managing, Supervising, training, coaching
  • Delivering top quality Customer service
  • First point of contact for our guests
  • Work effectively with the team and other departments
  • Checking guests in and out, processing payments
  • Good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services we offer
  • Maximising revenue through upsells and room sales
  • Administration and Technology savvy
  • Available to work when the team and customer needs you
