Job Purpose

You will manage the strategy, development and implementation of our technology related services, ensuring alignment with customer needs while improving profit contribution and operational scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Double digit million P&L responsibility for multiple products and services, including those with a technology & telecom angle
• Drive Innovation and manage life cycles of multiple products/ services
• Lead improvement projects from inception to implementation
• Enhance customer experience and simplicity by digitizing/automating processes
• Conduct comprehensive business analyses using data to determine issues and performance.
• Deliver fast paced projects on time and in full by leveraging cross-functional teams (IT; ops; sales; marketing) – understand the practical issues, but do not get bogged down by them
• Lead by example and set a culture where team members take accountability
• Ensure open, efficient, and compelling communication internally and externally

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelors degree from a respected university
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a senior product manager/consultant/strategist or similar role, ideally in an international and matrixed environment
• Mix of technical knowledge and commercial business leadership experience
• “Digital first” mindset with profound experience in digital transformations
• Track record of delivering fast paced change projects with multi-functional teams
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Open, transparent and effective communication style
• Ability to think strategically while operating “hands-on” at the same time; when needed knowing the detail
• Decisive and collaborative, ability to influence other senior leaders
• Highly motivated with the desire to drive change and deliver results in a changing environment
• Resilient and equipped with a high self-drive
