This Role
As a key team member, you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager to maximise the performance of the branch and to lead, inspire and develop the team to achieve our high levels of customer service.
The successful candidate will be customer focused, results orientated, have effective communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded and will be able to demonstrate excellent people management skills both internally and externally.
Previous experience in a similar industry or manufacturing environment would be advantageous

Hours for the role are:
7.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Thursday
7.30am – 4.00pm Friday
8.00am – 12.00pm Saturday on a rota basis
