Job description
Our client an agricultural company based in Newport is looking to recruit a professional Office Manager who has experience of accounts. This is a hybrid role with a couple of days in the office
The role will include:
- Management of the office including accounts work, HR and Facilities Management
- Management and financial reporting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany accounts, month end
- Ordering and taking delivery of finished goods from
- Inventory Management & Control
- HR administration including expenses, payroll and holiday planning and recruitment
- Facility Management. Making sure that we have suitable offices facilitating that these are properly maintained & supervised.
- Reporting to group Finance on local performance, including attending regular review meeting with senior management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
