Working closely with the leadership team, the Facilities Co-ordinator will work to understand colleagues' requirement from their work space, as well as working to achieve the organisation's sustainability goals set out in the Positive Pawprint strategy. In return, you will receive:

The Facilities Office Manager will be responsible for:
- Co-ordinating day to day maintenance and cleaning of site
- Identifying issues in office space usage and finding and implementing solutions to benefit all
- Driving a culture of "taking pride" in having an excellent office space to enjoy
- Ensuring legal compliance with health and safety and staff welfare standards
- Managing site security, fire detection and other protection systems, including out of hours cover.
- Project managing building and refurbishment works
- Managing utility and energy saving projects to reduce carbon footprint
The Office Manager will need:
- Experience in office/facilities management
- Project management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on own initiative, identify areas for improvement and find solutions
- Above all, an enthusiastic approach and pride in their work!
