We are recruiting for a Care Administration & Office Manager to join our wonderful team within office based in Bury.

The Care Admin & Office Manager will be responsible for the supervision, deployment and good line management of Care and Office Administration staff in all areas under your responsibility. You will ensure all care administration services and operations in the GM service area support full regulatory compliance and are ready for internal and external inspection at all times.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- To ensure delivery of an effective, efficient and professional care administration and office management service to the organisation
- Provide professional and personable advice, guidance, mentoring and coaching to the care and administration staff team members to enable the delivery of best practice customer service.
- Ensure that all care administration and office management services delivered are of high quality, fully compliant with policy, procedure, regulation and statute.
- Communicate and engage positively and effectively with all stakeholders both internal and external
- To positively support and develop all staff under your responsibility through the induction programme and identify further development plans
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- A good level of Maths, English and IT skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work on time sensitive projects and meet deadlines
- Experience of working as part of a team within a busy environment
- Confident in dealing with telephone calls and visitors
- Able to work in a confidential and professional manner
