We know the value of our administration team and as part of this we provide a varied and busy role. No day is ever the same and therefore a self-motivated, flexible individual who is able to use their initiative will feel rewarded within this position. In terms of experience, we are looking for an individual who has worked in a similar role, ideally with prior managerial experience, or who can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required to manage an office. Microsoft Office skills are a must. Working in the heart of the office, you will work with colleagues of all levels and must be able to build relationships with all stakeholders to feel like a key member of the Azets family.

Working in an environment of continuous improvement you will be empowered to streamline and improve processes and procedures. As part of your role as Administration Manager you will be the responsible for the administration function of the office and ensure the day to day duties are carried out to the high standard expected. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, such as operating / maintaining the company’s internal systems in relation to client data, business development activity, regulatory compliance, client company secretarial submissions, preparing documents and correspondence for fee earners, organising and supporting marketing events, coordinating and taking minutes at meetings, facilities maintenance plus other various administrative tasks.

As Manager, you will be faced with queries and be given the opportunity to utilise your problem-solving abilities on a daily basis. You will supervise, mentor and support the wider regional administrative team to ensure they provide a warm, friendly and efficient service. In addition, you will also work alongside the team, leading by example by greeting visitors, answering the phone and other ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
