We have a superb opportunity to join the Divisional Port Manager as we are looking to appoint an Office Manager.
The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Director and the WSSP Senior Leadership team.
To lead the Cardiff Office Facilities team to deliver a professional front of house experience to external visitors and internal office experience to colleagues.
About you:
- You can provide Professional Executive Assistant support for the leadership team, with that comes strong diary/in-box management/time management skills.
- Have intermediate level Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong travel and event management skills and ability to action point and minute taking skills.
- To build collaborative relationships with a range of collaborators. Tact and discretion for dealing with highly confidential information.
- Attention to detail, but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work, and cope under pressure in a calm and professional manner.
- Excel in customer service and act as an ambassador for when visitors come to see us at ABport in Cardiff.
