Job Overview:
As a Social Media Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in executing our social media marketing strategies across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and manage compelling social media content, engage with our audience, and contribute to the growth of our brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a social media enthusiast with a passion for creating captivating content and driving engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging social media content (including images, videos, and written posts) that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and engage with our social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, reach, and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations to improve our social media presence.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generating reports and insights to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Identify and leverage influencers and brand advocates to amplify our social media reach.
- Support the development and execution of social media contests, giveaways, and other promotional activities.
- Assist with the management of social media accounts, including content moderation, follower growth, and engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of major social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok) and their respective best practices.
- Proficient in social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create engaging content.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Passion for social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing.
