Night Front Office Supervisor
Salary: £28,600 + Service Charge* (Conditions Apply*)

What you will do as a Night Front Office Supervisor
As Night Front Office Supervisor you play a key role in creating a meaningful and memorable Andaz experience to our guests. Some key tasks include but are not limited to:
- Looking after our guests
- Handling their request or queries
- Ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
- Taking action where necessary
What you will be doing:
- You will be responsible for all Front Office functions during the overnight shift, including the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work.
- The role includes supervising and training Hosts and Door Hosts.
- Perform all tasks of the Front Office as needed to facilitate service.
- Review the arrival lists, organise the amenities and ensure that special requests are honored whenever possible.
- Work with the Front Office Manager to optimise our room allocation
- Be able to take the lead during fire evacuations, fire drills, or other Health and Safety procedures
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality with great confidence and able to direct team members and support them.
- You will have sustained and proven experience in the hospitality industry, we expect from you a knowledge in guest correspondence, coaching and training, handling of diverse tasks related to the position. Knowledge of property management system.
- Great execution and hospitality skills as well as attention to details.
