Our client, a global leader in the Legal Tech space, is looking for an Office Manager to join their growing company. The successful candidate will be working within a small, tight knit team in a highly varied role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and expanding company who offer an excellent working balance in a hybrid environment. What you'll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office – working alongside the Human Resources, Finance and IT departments where necessary.
- Facilities Management - acting as the key point of contact for the Building Management company.
- Planning and management of company events - this role is central to the culture and employee engagement of the London office.
- Health and Safety, Fire Safety and First Aid.
- Supplier Management – ensuring the office is always stocked and maintaining relationships with suppliers ensuring that the office is being run in a cost-effective manner.
- Be part of the Corporate Social Responsibility Program (CSR) and Staff Engagement Program.
- Support with the effective induction / on-boarding of all new employees.
- Overseeing the meeting room bookings system.
- Ad hoc travel booking for internal and external staff.
- Working with different departments on an ad-hoc basis.
- Office planning management.
