£23,000 pro rata (average 25 hours/week, to be worked between core hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday with opportunity for flexibility to flex the hours to work less over the summer)

We are currently recruiting for an Office Lead to work in our rapidly expanding organisation in Stockton Heath. The Role Reporting to the Operations Manager is an extremely varied role that requires a passionate, motivated, self-starter.
You will be required to ensure the smooth running of the business office on a day-to-day basis and provide full operational support. You will initiate the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks.
The role requires a hands-on individual with the skills and experience to deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
The role is based at our lovely offices in Stockton Heath near Warrington, with the potential of some work from home.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role will involve:
- Handling incoming calls and emails.
- Processing applications: validating they are complete, requesting additional information where required, registering the application, securely filing all paperwork for analysis.
- Supporting clients by phone or email with their applications when required.
- Support the Operations Manager with allocating case work in accordance with deadlines.
- Assisting with the production of executive reports for clients.
- Process and systems development.
- Researching and updating the marketing database.
- Website updates.
- Ad-hoc/PA support to MD & OM to ensure smooth running of the business.
- Managing onboarding process for new clients and associates.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- You are energetic, determined, positive, goal focussed and consistent - even under pressure.
- You are able to build trust and demonstrate integrity in all circumstances.
- You will have a good understanding of IT and deploy it effectively to improve business systems and processes and be confidentworking with all Office 365 tools, especially excel, one drive/SharePoint.
- You will be a quick learner who enjoys a challenge and is looking to grow your career and expand your skillset with an exciting company.
- You must have strong organisational skills with great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- You will be comfortable with accountability and responsibility and want to provide excellent service in everything you do.
- You will have a drive to improve processes and systems to ensure the office runs as efficiently as possible and you will be happy to get involved in all areas to support the team.
- Numeracy skills are key to ensure all data is correct.
- You will be a confident and articulate communicator, in person and on the phone and email.
Attention to detail is imperative for this role, as is discretion, handling high volumes of transactions, experience of data protection protocols and the ability to effectively manage the varied workload that comes with working within a rapidly growing enterprise.
Full training will be provided.
