Office Junior - VR/27670
Based in Bridge of Don, local tech company is looking to expand their team due to the busy nature of the business. As Office Junior, you will be supporting with the day to day running of the office and gaining a good insight into administration work.
Reporting into the Office Manager, you will be supporting the Service Coordinator, Processing Assistant and Office Manager with administrative tasks.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Answering the phone.
- Filing, scanning etc.
- Mail support.
- Matching PO to invoices.
- Managing stationary.
- Any other ad hoc duties required from team.
Applicants to this role require
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and willing to learn.
- A down to earth personality and ability to work within small team.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
