Kirkton Flooring are looking for a keen and outgoing individual to join our business as an Office Junior. We are looking to add additional support to our administration team. Full training will be provided.
Main Duties included:
· Answering incoming calls, transferring calls and/or taking accurate phone messages.
· Dealing with incoming emails and organising accordingly.
· Data entry (on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
· Scanning and filing documents.
· Assisting with day to day administration tasks, as and when required.
The successful candidate will have excellent attendance and time keeping skills, hardworking and have a willingness to learn and expand existing skill set. No direct experience is required however ideally you will have a good level of typing, reading and writing skills. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Expected Start Date: Early May 2023
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.90 per hour
