We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Junior/Administrator to join our well established and fast growing construction company. The main purpose of this role is to provide general support in an administrative capacity for our busy office. We are looking for enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our friendly team.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Managing email correspondence across multiple inboxes
- Filling
- Meet and greet visitors to the office
- Carrying out all general clerical duties across different departments
Experience and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills
- Be IT literate in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong English speaking & writing skills
