Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator who has experience in most basic areas of HR and office work. Ideally, you will be comfortable working on your own as well as part of a team and have a willingness to help out with all manner of tasks around the office. Based at our Head Office in Welney (PE14 9RQ) with the ability to work 20 hours per week, ideally over 5 days, although this is open to discussion for the right candidate. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Manage the entire recruitment process from job advert to hiring, including pre-screening interviews and inductions.

- Issue uniform, maintain PPE and uniform stock cupboards including re-ordering of items and price comparisons.

- Track training certificates and schedule new courses as necessary.

- Track employee holiday.

- Maintain relevant databases to assist with accreditations eg. accident reports and investigations, H&S communications.

Additional tasks - General Admin:

- Answer the telephone

- Open post and action accordingly

- General filing and data entry

- Holiday/sickness cover for other administrative staff

- Support the Management team with adhoc tasks as requested

Salary

Range from £10.50 to £12.50 per hour depending on experience. Salary will be discussed at interview.
