Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join our front of house team in South West London.
The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
· Front of house, acting as the first point of contact with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
· Managing a very busy and constantly changing diary
. Organising photos, property marketing
· Writing and handling internal and external correspondence, screening calls, and balancing priorities
· Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
· Carrying out specific projects and research
Requirements:
