Office administrator
Your responsibilities would be:
Maintaining appropriate office systems to guarantee processes are in place and followed by the team.
Ensuring all property files are complete and up to date, taking responsibility for obtaining all required information and documentation to remain compliant.
Preparing property particulars swiftly to ensure all stock is advertised online in a timely fashion.
To assist with business generating and marketing strategies
Management of the window displays/key logs/stationery orders/branch invoices.
Liaising with Vendors and buyers.
Diary management.
