I am currently recruiting for a very exciting Receptionist / Office Assistant position to work for sustainable energy company based in East London. They are looking for a bright, personable and switched on candidate to join their team and be the go to person within the office.
Main duties & responsibilities
- To meet and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering incoming calls and redirecting to the relevant person
- Opening and sorting post
- Booking couriers
- To manage meeting rooms as well as setting them up for meetings
- To keep office clean & tidy
- Ad hoc administration duties
Key skills & experience
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade C, or equivalent
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- The ability to work calmly under pressure with a “can do” attitude
