So, what are we looking for?
We have a new opportunity for a new Office Administrator to join our team in MediaCityUK to support with general office management and reception duties required.
Ideally, we would like to recruit someone with experience of reception of office management and preferably someone with line management experience or experience of managing an apprentice.
You will need to be customer focussed in everything you do, showing initiative when needed and be flexible and easily adaptable with excellent organisational skills.
What will you be doing?
Day to day you Act as a first point on contact - Meet and greet all clients and customers to the company, provide general information offering refreshments. Contacting relevant colleagues to advise of visitors arrival, along with answering and screening telephone calls and relay any messages to the correct area of the business.
You will also:
· Handle post and deliveries to the office, organising special/recorded deliveries where necessary.
· Order stationary for the office and look after office facilities including cleaning, gym, coffee machine, Fruit, kitchen supplies & equipment through approved suppliers.
· Provide efficient admin service including photocopying, laminating, and printing when requested.
· Coordination and organisation of office breakfast/lunch biweekly.
· Working autonomously and proactively – identifying upcoming tasks and ensuring that
adequate time has been allocated where possible.
· Assist from time to time with company events
