Average earnings of £30,000 for entry-level, increasing to an average of £39,000 for experienced applicants.
Ringway is a market leader in the Highways Term Maintenance Industry, responsible for looking after over 50,000 kms of the UK’s road network. We are recruiting Operatives to join our National Highways East Team, working out of Depots in Bedfordshire, Essex, Norfolk, and Suffolk. We are open to applications from both experienced individuals and those who are seeking a career change and have transferable skills. A driving licence is essential.
We offer full training for entry-level applications, including LGV driver training within working time – we ask that you commit to achieving as quickly as possible. For both entry-level and experienced applicants, we offer other on-the-job training, so there is plenty of scope for you to learn, grow and progress in the role.
Applicants must be prepared to work Nights on set rolling rota.
