Job Vacancy – Long-term Part-time
Role: Office Assistant
Part-time:25 hours per week.
Salary: £10 – £12 an hour
Location: Stanmore, London

With our first-class manufacturing and operations site based in china, our friendly and diverse office in Stanmore holds our sales, finance, and regulatory affairs teams.
Job description
· Assisting regulatory affairs team with incoming documents from MHRA
· Liaising with colleagues in China to get registration documents completed for clients
· Legalizing documents for clients
· Responsible for completing monthly finance report
· Responsible for collation and registration of invoices
· Follow up with goods in transit and monthly stock movement
· Communication with the finance department and commercial department in China HQ
· Drafting and processing finance related information and documents
· Responding and logging medical inquiries received via telephone and emails
· Ordering office supplies
· Up-keeping of the office space
· May be required to visit certain embassies in London for legalization purposes
Job Requirements:
· Proficiency in the use of office 365 software including excel and excel pivot tables
· Fluent in spoken and written English (knowledge of Chinese is preferable, but not essential)
· Familiar with the operation of Sage 50 is preferred
· Organizational skills essential
