A successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, excellent writing skills and a passion for customer service. A successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team, assisting the administrative assistants in the organization.
We are looking for an office assistant to join our busy and ever-growing office. Situated in Livingston we are a wholesalers and manufacturers with over 1000 customers who are expanding our office team.
A desire to learn, a keen eye for detail and brilliant communication skills are a must.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Relationship
Answering customer queries, requests and feeding back to customers
Ensure all customer data is kept up-to-date
Order Processing – Processing orders through the multiple systems.
Product Knowledge – Understand a large range of products and liaising with suppliers
Booking in shipments on courier platforms
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Customer service experience
Keen eye for detail and accuracy
Brilliant communication skills
Dynamic and willing to take on a very varied role
Microsoft Office experience
The position will require you to work 5 days a week, 9am-5pm.
Opportunity for overtime and weekend shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £22,500.00 per year
