Purpose of the role
We are Williams Lea, a vibrant company specialising in the provision of professional office services to the UK legal sector.
Are you passionate about customer services? Do you have an eye for detail? Are you looking to further your career? We are recruiting for an Multi Skilled Operator; you will be working as part of an experienced support services team. The purpose of the job is to provide a high level of administration support to our client.
Key Responsibilities
· Incoming and outgoing mail assistance
· Maintenance of client records including scanning, e-filing, reprographics, records management
· Database management, updating money laundering identification
· Managing switchboard calls, message taking, diary management
· Meeting room management including setting up of refreshments
Key Skills
· Organised, with good administration and customer service skills
· An effective team member, who supports others and uses their initiative
· Experienced working in a professional office environment
· Be responsible and see tasks through to completion
· An excellent communicator
· Competent IT skills
· Motivated, energetic, ambitious
