Job description

Greenvale Hotel is recruiting Full and Part Time Receptionists to join our team.

The successful candidates will ensure the front desk operates in an organized manner.

To welcome all our customers and deal with all guest enquiries in a pleasant and efficient manner.

To process all telephone, email and reservation enquiries and bookings.

Excellent communication skills, a good working knowledge of Front Office Systems and IT skills would be desirable.

Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends as well as weekday shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
