We are looking for a highly organised part time office admin & accounts assistant to join our team. We would like someone to work the equivalent of at least 2 days a week ideally spread over 4 or 5 mornings a week. You will be reporting directly to your line manager and the CEO.

Job description
Your primary responsibilities would be to help maintain appropriate accounting records for the business. Secondary to this is chasing debt, company-wide admin, and assisting the whole team with some day to day admin tasks.
The position would suit an outgoing, confident and experienced individual with a hands on approach, comfortable fitting into a dynamic office. You would be keen to take on more responsibility as the role progresses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating, collating & processing of sales and purchase invoices
- Chasing overdue invoices and managing our ‘bad debt’ process
- General admin tasks to include maintaining company and employee records, updating company procedures, reorganisation of digital filing systems
Other Responsibilities:
- Assisting with company staff benefits eg. organising company outings and team building events, birthday treats.
- Assist in reorganisation of new office
- Ad-Hoc admin in other teams as required

A proactive, self-starter, you are happy to use your own initiative and take ownership of the role, and are always willing to help the team deliver on their objectives.
· Hard working, tech savvy individual who picks up new processes with ease
· 2+ year of accounts assistant experience
· Good Excel skills
· A patient, methodical and analytical mindset
· Comfortable on the phone
Desirable:
- Experience of Sage accounting package
Location
- Guildford office located near the main railway station (45 mins from central London).
