We are looking for a confident and dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be working in a modern open plan office within a highly motivated team, and working in a fast-paced environment. We require someone with excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, who is a numerical and analytical thinker, and has a positive can-do attitude with good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
· Inputting daily customers’ orders, checking despatch notes & good receipt notes and investigate delivery discrepancies.
· Analysing stock movement reports and reconciling stock weekly to investigate any stock discrepancies. Managing stock level to avoid supply disruption.
· Proactively reviewing existing operations procedures to streamline processes and save costs continually throughout the year.
· Maintaining relationship with logistic/warehouse partners to guarantee the efficient delivery of goods.
· Be a main point of contact for any queries or updates from customers/warehouses in terms of order, dispatch & receipt.
· Weekly reporting of inbound stocks with enhanced visibility to deliveries and report stock levels to operation manager.
· Any Office Administration as needed.

Salary: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
