Job description
Due to growth we are now recruiting for an Office Assistant to join our Lender Sales team in Bristol. You will be working as one of four teams within our Banking and Financial litigation group with responsibility for the team's administrative requirements.
Your Role
As an Office Assistant your day to day remit includes:
- Filing at regular intervals.
- Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards.
- Telephoning agents/third parties and preparing relevant papers and documentation for case handlers.
- General photocopying and preparation of court bundles and documents.
- Ensure work issues or problems are reported immediately to team supervisors.
- File closing.

Your Team
Operating from our offices in Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow and Belfast, we have specialist expertise in each UK jurisdiction. We act for banks, building societies, other secured lenders and third party services. We support on repossession conveyancing for these clients, so that when a property is taken into possession the title checking process is carried out promptly, and a sale progressed proactively. We also provide advice and support to fixed charge receivers from validating their appointment through to dealing with non-paying tenants or those who remain in the property beyond the end of their tenancy.
