5 days in the office with reduced hours on Fridays.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this role, you will support the team with all of their admin needs, which means there is a huge range of tasks that you will undertake. Therefore, it is a great opportunity to expand your skillset and business knowledge.
- Screening and appropriately actioning emails and phone calls
- Diary management – including scheduling meetings, meeting rooms, and refreshments
- Coordinating and greeting office visitors
- General office management i.e... Accepting and sending post
- Organise office files, storage, and database
WHO YOU ARE
This role is best suited to someone who is bright and bubbly with a great work ethic! If you enjoy doing independent work while acting as a core team member this is perfect for you.
- Minimum 2 years of admin experience
- Excellent phone manner
- Able to complete multiple tasks under time constraints
- A passionate and reliable employee
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
