The Birley Clubs operate some of the world’s most iconic private members’ clubs; Annabel’s, Mark’s Club, George, Harry’s Bar and Bath & Racquets Club.
As an Office Assistant, you will be at the heart of the business. Working alongside the current EA to the Co-Chairwomen, you will prove invaluable in helping support the EA with the day-to-day running of the business with administrative and clerical work.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters
- Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
- Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
- Making travel arrangements
- Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
- Liaising with other members of staff and external parties
- Sorting and dealing with post
We are ideally looking for a candidate who:
- Has previous experience in an administrative role previously
- Experience in a luxury customer lead environment is preferable
- Ability to lead and manage a small team
