Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding clerical support to the whole school
• Ensuring daily registers are completely accurately and in a timely manner
• Dealing with queries via email and telephone
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Producing, distributing and filing documents

We will also consider candidates wishing to study for an NVQ Level 3 Business Administration qualification, subject to eligibility criteria, which is reflected in the advertised hourly rate. Please contact us for further details if this is of interest to you.

This position is term time only + 1 inset day.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £4.81-£10.98 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
