Responsibilities:
- Perform various clerical tasks to support office operations
- Manage diary for engineers
- Assist with data entry and filing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Provide personal assistant support to executives or managers, as needed
- Transcribe notes or documents accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role preferred
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
