About us
SP Property is a small business in London. We are professional, engaging and supportive.
There are three permanent members of staff and we are looking for someone enthusiastic, with a keen attitude and willingness to get involved.
We are a private landlord with over 250 properties in our portfolio and require someone who can work under pressure, handle queries efficiently and effectively and be able to multi- task. No expereince needed, just a can do attitude and desire to learn.

· Office Filling.
· Assistance with day to day maintenance – including council repair follow ups, broadband queries/updates/troubleshooting.
· Utilities – opening/closing accounts, updating suppliers, submitting meter reads.
· Property visits - for improvements & general wellbeing.
· Assisting Heads of Department with ad hoc duties including lettings, processing, rent checking.
· Tenant liaison – answering queries for new and old tenants. Creating a good relationship with tenants so they feel confident and reassured.
· Troubleshooting general property maintenance.
· Occasional instruction of contractors.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
