Job Description
As depot manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Offering a superb service from the site and managing customer relationships
- Lead teams across warehousing, Transport and Customer Services, maintaining high levels of motivation
- Ownership and accountability for P&L and budget control
- Compliance and Health & Safety of the site
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidates will have worked in a similar role within the courier or service sector. You will have a great knowledge of the London road network and some of the challenges it can present. Candidates that can demonstrate previous experience managing high value and long term customer relationships are encouraged to apply. To be successful in this role you will need to be motivated, dedicated, and with a 'Can Do' attitude. You will be organised but also comfortable dealing with situations that arise out of the blue.
