Scott FPS Ltd is a well established family run business based in South Wales with 30 years experience in the fire industry. We are currently seeking an Office Assistance (Job Share) to join our team based at our office in Barry.

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide admin support to the team
- Process invoices within a timely manner to include scanning and emailing
- Follow up on outstanding invoices
- Manage the set-up of new customers and update maintenance database as and when required.
- Answer telephone calls and emails
- Lock up at the end of the day
- Other adhoc duties to support the smooth running of the office
Key skills and experience:
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer and processing skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to work well individually and as part of a team
- Well organised with a methodical approach to work
- Able to work to deadlines
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 GCSE’s Grade A-C or proven experience
Salary: National Living/Minimum Wage pro-rata
Job Types: Part - Time, Permanent
Hours/Working Pattern:
Afternoon shift 12.45-17.00 Monday to Friday
Holidays: Annual Leave Plus Bank Holidays – Pro-rata
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4.15 per week
Salary: £9.50 per hour
